Jerry's Machinery has introduced our new line of firewood processors that have been in development after years of working with processors in the forestry industry.

The JR480D is our 20 ton split force model. With its modern and efficient hydraulic system, the dominator processor is smooth and easy to use and complies with the new (2018) CE safety standards.The JR480D is equipped with a hydraulic feeder, a 3 meter conveyor, a 22″ STHIL chain saw blade and a Briggs & Stratton engine with electric start as standard.

Every effort has been made to make operation simple, easy and safe. The saw will not engage until the safety handle is used and the guard is lowered. If the guard is raised, the hydraulic system will automatically stop the saw and splitter for increased operator safety. Once the timber has been sawed and lowered into the splitting area the ram will automatically engage to propel the log into the full height adjustable 4 way splitter head.The processor has a 50mm tow hook for towing around the yard or work area.
