The JR500D is a powerful 30-ton splitting force model from Shandong Jerry Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., equipped with a modern, efficient hydraulic system that ensures smooth and easy operation. The operation of the JR500D is designed to be simple, easy, and safe. The saw will not engage unless the safety handle is used and the guards are in place. If the guard is raised, the hydraulic system will automatically stop the saw and splitter, ensuring increased operator safety.

Once the timber is sawn and dropped into the splitting area, the ram automatically engages, pushing the log into the fully height-adjustable 4-way splitting head for efficient splitting.

For added convenience, the JR500D is equipped with a 50mm tow hitch, allowing for easy transportation around the yard or working area.
