The JR480D is a highly efficient 20-ton splitting force model, crafted for simplicity and safety in firewood processing. Its modern hydraulic system ensures smooth and easy operation while fully complying with the 2018 CE safety standards. This processor's standout features include:

Safety is paramount with the JR480D. The saw engages only when the safety handle is actively used, and all protective guards are securely in place. If any guard is raised, the hydraulic system immediately halts both the saw and splitter, providing enhanced operator safety. After the timber is sawn and drops into the splitting area, the ram automatically engages, pushing the log into a fully height-adjustable 4-way splitting head.

For added convenience, the processor includes a 50mm tow hitch, allowing for easy transport around the yard or work area. The JR480D is meticulously designed to make firewood processing both efficient and safe, even for operators with minimal experience.
